Leipzig, Germany, November 20, 2018 - German companies Rhebo and caplog-x have signed a partnership agreement for close cooperation in industrial security. With the industrial anomaly detection of Rhebo, the IT service provider caplog-x, who is specialized in the energy sector, expands its portfolio for long-term, efficient network security in critical infrastructure. This underlines caplog-x's commitment to support a secure, effective and sustainable digitization of the energy industry.

Strong network and technical know-how
Rhebo Industrial Protector continuously and non-intrusively monitors the control communication including the switchgear, telecontrol and network control technology. All data packets are decoded at the content level, and any suspicious activity is reported in real-time. Even erroneous operation processes, which can lead to system failures, like network problems and plant malfunctions are reliably detected, evaluated in their risk and reported. The administration retains complete control over the system functionality. All data about suspicious operations (including metadata and package contents) are stored. This allows a detailed analysis of each suspicious activity.
