Covid-19 has compounded the need for grid digitisation, process automation, and remote management. But it has also exposed the vulnerabilities of today’s digital grid technologies and justified the need for a more rapid technology replacement rather than maintenance strategy, to ensure that critical national infrastructure is able to keep pace with societal demands as we transition deeper into the digital age.
This 5-day programme will draw together utility IEC 61850 and substation digitisation project directors, with leading system integrators and pioneering technology suppliers, for a technically in-depth review of the latest IEC 61850 implementations within the substation and across the wider smart grid, worldwide.
Rhebo participates together with the integration partner RAD. Klaus Mochalski, founder and CEO of Rhebo will give a presentation on Substation Level Monitoring on Friday, the 22nd October. The exact time and title for his presentation will be updated soon.
